Great Service, Delivered better than expected - Deluxe replaced my roof a little over a year ago, and since then I've seen neighbors pay more, for far inferior service. I got several quotes from certified roofers, and Deluxe's was not the lowest base quote, but it was the lowest once you accounted for plywood sheet replacement (the competition was 20-100% higher on plywood than Deluxe). My original roof was done incorrectly, and inspite of that, the change requests were minimal, and the job was still done in 36 hours start to finish, including going around and getting on the nails out of the yard, etc.

If you have black stains on
your roof, below is a recipe
to get rid of this ugly Algae
courtesy of GAF!
4 gallons of water,
1 gallon of bleach
1 cup of TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate)
Apply this mixture with a garden sprayer,
let sit on
the roof surface for up to
20 minutes, and rinse with low-pressure
water. Be sure to protect any shrubs below.
Remember, the roof surface will
become slippery when wet-be careful!
